Overview

We shot a private pool villa in Antalya's Ermenek neighborhood for use in both its real estate sale listings and its Airbnb rental. A single set of images had to speak to two very different audiences at once: buyers and holiday guests.

The Challenge

This shoot had two different audiences. Someone thinking of buying the villa looks at the architecture, the layout and the materials; someone browsing Airbnb for a stay wants to picture themselves by that pool, in that living room. One is looking for information, the other for a feeling.

Rather than running two separate shoots, we needed a single image set that would serve both purposes. That meant frames that show the scale and layout of the space accurately while still carrying a warm, livable atmosphere — and images that stay readable even as small thumbnails on listing platforms.

Our Approach

We planned the shoot around the best daylight hours. Natural light keeps the interiors' true colors and gives the pool area the openness people look for in listings; choosing it was about showing how the space really looks.

We built the frames in two layers. Wide-angle shots tell the story of the villa's architecture, how the rooms connect and how the pool area relates to the house — frames that make the whole property easy to grasp, especially in sale listings. Detail shots capture textures and signs of life in the interior — the frames that, on the rental side, help a guest imagine being there.

After the shoot, the images were optimized separately for real estate listing platforms and for the Airbnb listing, with frames from the same shoot selected and prepared for each platform's presentation needs.
